Description
B Class Autoclave Tanzo Touch Pre-Vacuum
- Designed and developed to deliver differentiated results in performance, sterilization, drying, records, automation and operational safety.
- Highly illuminated, easy-to-read interactive touchscreen LCD panel that shows the phases of the sterilization process in real time.
- Generation 2.0 compatible with WPS – Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier.
- Indicates pre-programmed functions, temperature, pressure, time, phases of the complete cycle, levels and quality of distillate in the water tanks.
- Recommended for autoclaving packaged, cannulated, articulated, porous materials, diamond tips, textiles, rubber fields, handpieces and similar.
- Carrying out Bowie & Dick, Helix, vacuum and Prion program tests.
- Data recording on a USB flash drive and on a thermal printer.
- Intelligent diagnostic program for maintenance.
- Allows you to program an autoclaving cycle without the operator being present.
Features
- Preheating system that helps remove air from the stainless steel chamber.
- Pre-vacuum pulses around -80 kPa, in 3 phases, which eliminate over 97% of the air from the packaged loads in the pre-sterilization phase, creating favorable conditions for sterilization.
- Dry steam produced by a steam pump and injected into the stainless steel chamber with negative pressure that enhances its penetration into the packaged loads and favors the sterilization process.
- Sterilization levels of 1,100 kPa at 121°C or 210/230 kPa at 134°C.
- Sterilization times vary depending on the selected program.
- Two PT1000 pressure sensors, one that monitors the autoclave temperature fluctuation and the other that confirms its action, increasing safety in the sterilization process.
- Pressure sensor that works in synchronization with the PT1000 and ensures low oscillation between these two parameters, guaranteeing precision in the sterilization process, in addition to productivity gains and time savings.
- Exhaustion of pressure and drying vacuum (with closed door) by powerful vacuum pump reaching index of -80kPa.
- Vacuum-breaking air intake through a 22µ hydrophobic filter, to stabilize atmospheric pressure and, at the same time, ensure the sterility of the processed material.
- Programmable and user-customizable drying vacuum between 20 and 60 minutes.
- Distillate quality and level sensors in distilled and used water tanks.
- Three drains with quick coupling, one for the admission of distilled water by pumping and two for the disposal of distilled water and used water.
- USB connectivity for recording the cycle phases on a pendrive, streamlining management, transparency and security for users and patients.
- Thermal printer that automatically records the process phases on tape every 30”.
- ABS structure with removable top and side covers to facilitate tank cleaning or maintenance.
- Single-piece AISI 304 stainless steel chamber (medical grade), without welds, easy to clean, with an extended 10-year warranty.
- Wired stainless steel trays that facilitate cleaning and, most importantly, favor the circulation of steam and the sterilization process.
- 304 AISI stainless steel door, mirrored, with secure 2-stage lock and high-temperature silicone seal. Comes with a spare rubber seal.
