• Preheating system that helps remove air from the stainless steel chamber.
• Pre-vacuum pulses around -80 kPa, in 3 phases, which eliminate over 97% of the air from the packaged loads in the pre-sterilization phase.
• Dry steam produced by a steam pump and injected into the stainless steel chamber under negative pressure, enhancing its penetration into the packaged loads and sterilization.
